4 tablespoons brown sugar.
Cadamom
1 cup of fresh milk.
2 tablespoons of liquid vegetable oil.
warm water.

METHOD

Add flour, sugar, cadamon, oil , milk and warm water into a big bowl.

Crush the cadamon into small pieces .Add it into the mixture.mix up everything with clean hands .

knead up the mixture untill smooth but a litle bit hard .
Cover up the dough and let it sit for about 30 minutes .

Check the dough after 30 mins , if ready put some flour on the rolling table .

Spread the dough and roll it with a pin till a little flat.
Put some oil in a cooking pot and let the oil boil.
Cut up the dough in desired shapes .dip them in the oil and fry them till brown .
Take them out and put them in an air tight container to keep them soft
Serve with tea or any drink.or as a snack.
ENJOY.
